Shiel Arts is a Scottish, sculpture based arts company producing a diverse range of works depicting subjects from Scotland's history, sporting heroes, literary figures etc. All works are sculpted and cast by the artist Steve Paterson in his Dundee studio. Works include portrayals of William Wallace, Bonnie Prince Charlie and Robert Burns as well as some less well known characters such as William McGonnagal and Old Tom Morris.All finished works are now available for sale through these pages using Paypal's secure payment system. The first five pieces of an expanding range of Glasgow Celtic Legend busts are now up and running. These are statuettes of the legendary Celtic winger Jimmy Johnstone, Henrik Larsson, tragic 'keeper Johnny Thomson, all-time British record goalscorer Jimmy McGrory and the founder of Celtic F.C.,Brother Walfrid . I'm looking for input from supporters of clubs from within and outwith Scottish football for suggestions for future works - any ideas, I'd love to hear from you.

I specialise in limited edition runs of between 50 and 350-small enough to ensure a high degree of exclusivity to the discerning purchaser.I also offer a bespoke portraiture service allowing clients to commission a one-off, life size portrait bust or full figure. Unlike most other commercial sculpture houses, all works are sculpted, and finished by the artist (me) to ensure a very high level of quality and craftsmanship.
